As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint coatings to a variety of industrial surfaces, equipment, and machinery. Your work will help ensure projects meet strict quality standards, follow safety protocols, and provide long-lasting durability in demanding commercial and industrial environments.
Industrial Painter Job Duties
Responsibilities may include:
Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Operating airless paint spraying equipment, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools with precision and safety
Applying industrial and construction-grade paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications and safety guidelines
Maintaining a clean work area and properly storing materials and tools in accordance with safety standards
Working on commercial and industrial painting projects throughout West Michigan
Following jobsite instructions, project requirements, and company safety procedures
Industrial Painter Skills & Requirements
Qualified candidates should have:
Proficiency in industrial painting techniques, including airless spray systems
5+ years of experience using airless spray pumps in industrial facilities preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to operate lifts, hand tools, and power tools
Drywall experience is a plus
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
Dependable and punctual work habits
Commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Commercial Cleaner Job Duties
Responsibilities may include:
General commercial cleaning and janitorial work
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care
Cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Wiping down surfaces, doors, handles, fixtures, and high-touch areas
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Following cleaning schedules, checklists, and safety procedures
Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs when necessary
Commercial Cleaner Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:
Part-time availability
2nd shift availability
